Adding new team managers, committee and staff members

Adding staff members, committee members and team managers to the Staff & Coaches or Contact page is quick and easy.

  1. Log in to your admin panel.
  2. Go to Team Admin.
  3. Click on Staff & Coaches.
  4. Click on the Add New button.
  5. Enter the name of the staff member/coach you wish to add in the top field.
  6. Optionally set an image using the Set staff image link.
  7. Enter the details of the person under Staff Details. Such as name, job role, email address etc. The email address field populates and generates a contact form on the Contact page.
  8. Enter a bio about the person in the Staff Biography box.
  9. Click Publish or Update.

Announcement Temporary Club Websites Payment Policy (Aug 2020 to Feb 2021)

Clubs wishing to pay by bank transfer may experience additional 7 to 14 day delays when wishing to pay or renew their website subscription between August 2020 and February 2021 due to a temporary staffing absence.

A bank transfer is offered as an alternative means of payment to credit/debit card through your club website’s admin user account panel.

Existing website customers who have already renewed will not be affected. Bank transfer will still continue to be offered as a payment method for our graphic design services. A further update to this temporary policy change will be reviewed and issued in February 2021.

Adding a link to your YouTube channel

News just landed! We have added another new feature, in response to user feedback. Add a link to your club’s YouTube channel URL by going to your admin panel and under Design > Customise Design > Social Media tab.

Homepage Slider: Adding Button Hyperlinks

We have rolled out this new feature, allowing you to add a hyperlinked button to your home page slider. You can now set a hyperlink for each of the 4 slides that you can customise and change by going to your admin panel and under Design > Customise Design. Thank you for your feedback, keep it coming!

Domain Mapping Issue

We now support domain mapping and the set up of domain names with your Grassroots Connected club website. Please contact us or check our FAQ help guides on how to set this up. We have also rolled out a minor fix that means our existing sites load correctly and do not flicker or constantly refresh when first loaded.
